Wood-engraving block made from end-grained Turkish box-wood housed in a black and red hand-made box with gold lettering and a red linen lining. Prints: White line wood engraving, black ink, on Japanese paper, mat 22 x 28 cm. (Copy 1). Image of a dog frightened during the night by false appearances of men which are formed by curious roots and branches.
